Victims of Cybercrime

We’re here to help.

Cybercrime, defined as any criminal activity committed using a computer or the internet, can lead to identity theft, financial loss, and emotional distress. The impact of cybercrime on mental health is significant, causing emotional distress, anxiety, and depression. Victims may experience feelings of violation and loss of control, which can have long-lasting effects on mental health and well-being.

Our goals Support and Resources for Victims

Once our project is launched, this website will provide resources to help victims recover from the effects of cybercrime. This includes information on how to report cybercrimes, access to hotlines for immediate assistance, and links to organizations that offer support to victims of cybercrime.

Mental Health Support

Recognizing the significant impact of cybercrime on mental health, the website will provide resources for mental health support. This includes tips on protecting mental health while online, access to mental health professionals, and resources for family and friends to support victims of cybercrime.

Prevention and Education

In addition to providing support for victims, the website will also focus on prevention and education. This includes practical tips to stay safe online, information on common types of cybercrimes, and resources to help individuals and businesses improve their cybersecurity.
